The Rionag Cowl pattern is inspired by those crisp cold mornings right after a blanket of snow covers the fields and hills.  The sun is just coming up, you can still see the stars sparkling in the sky.  It's still too early for paw prints or little children's footprints to break the tranquility of the view.  You grab your beanie, a fresh cup of tea and enjoy the view outside before life gets in the way. 

This pattern is worked in the round.  The red and cold crosses continue on the top and bottom of this pattern to give a consistent look with the Beanie and Mitts.  It is part of our growing Aran collection, which is great for knitters beginning their fair isle journey.
